A Full-Service Business Law Firm award winning corporate team is seeking a partner-level attorney to join the rapidly growing Life Sciences practice group to continue to drive the growth of our corporate legal services provided to clients in the Life Sciences sector. This attorney will become an integral part of the cross-disciplinary group and will principally serve Life Sciences clients in all facets of their corporate needs, including general corporate services, SEC compliance and reporting, sell and buy-side transactions, financings, corporate governance, licensing/strategic partnerships, and IPO's.Our ideal candidate will join us with a substantial Life Sciences client base and a deep set of relationships in the Life Sciences Community in San Diego and/or Southern California. They will also have held a leadership role in a similar practice group as we anticipate them playing an integral part in our groups' strategic direction.
