Salary Range:$150,000.00 To $170,000.00 Annually

Desired Skills & Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in franchise law or corporate transactional practice
- Experience drafting and updating Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs)
- Experience drafting franchise agreements and related ancillary agreements
- Familiarity with franchise registration, renewal filings, and responding to state comment letters
- Knowledge of federal and state franchise laws and regulations
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience advising clients on franchise compliance and operational issues preferred
