Your Impact:
- Provide strategic antitrust advice and counsel on all aspects of antitrust and competition law
- Assist in managing responses to agency requests and discovery in litigation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal sales and M&A
- Support compliance efforts, including by creating and delivering training and crafting compliance tools for Cisco's global legal and business teams
- Monitor and advise regarding legal developments in the field of antitrust and competition law
- Identify and pilot the use of AI tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the in-house legal team's workflows
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess 5 + years of legal experience at a law firm, in-house, or with a government agency, including at least 2 years of antitrust practice, or an equivalent combination of professional experience
- Knowledge of U.S. antitrust law and interest in expanding expertise
- The ability to synthesize complex issues, think strategically, and provide practical, business-oriented advice
- Interest in leveraging AI and other technology tools to enhance legal team productivity and service delivery
- Experience with M&A transactions and/or antitrust expertise in jurisdictions outside the U.S. is a plus, as is experience in the technology industry
