In this role, you will collaborate with divisions across our enterprise to review, negotiate, and draft a wide range of commercial agreements, while providing legal advice on a broad spectrum of issues.
This role is based out of our Westminster, CO office location with a hybrid schedule.

- Draft, review and negotiate all forms of contracts and third-party agreements with customers, vendors, and partners, including, but not limited to: master services agreements, software licenses, customer agreements, business associate agreements, and non-disclosure agreements
- Provide timely, high-quality analysis and pragmatic advice on legal and business issues to internal clients. Provide proactive legal and business counseling on a broad range of topics, including general commercial law and contract interpretation
- Effectively and efficiently undertakes legal projects as assigned (including, but not limited to, legal research, and updating manuals and policies)
- Assist with preparation of legal department procedures, plans, and correspondence as assigned, for the benefit of enterprise contacts, employees, managers, and department staff members
- Complete assigned projects within designated time limits, and accordance with project prioritization
- Complete other projects as assigned
Your Profile:
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience required
- Prior in-house legal experience is not required but is highly desirable
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school is required
- Active license to practice law in the State of Colorado is required
- Strong analytical and legal drafting skills
- Conducting effective legal research
- Proficient with MS Office and DocuSign
- Effectively communicating with others (both orally and in writing)
- Being able to make independent and timely decisions
- Having good organizational and time-management skills
