Position Overview: As Corporate Counsel, you will play a critical role in advising on all legal affairs for the company. You will provide strategic legal advice to senior leadership, guild compliance with corporate obligations, and support business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal guidance to the Executive Team on all major business decisions.
- Oversee company compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Support contract negotiations and dispute resolution.
- Advise on risk management, corporate governance, and labor matters.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the California State Bar.
- Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with a preference for experience in construction or engineering.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle complex legal matters with a strategic mindset.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
