We are seeking two Corporate Counsel attorneys to join our in-house legal team in Rockleigh, NJ.

Both roles are hybrid and based at the headquarters of Takasago's U.S. affiliate, Takasago International Corporation (USA)in Rockleigh, NJ.

What You'll Do:
As Corporate Counsel, you will play a critical role in advising and supporting our growing business. You will:

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements (MSAs, purchase/sales agreements, NDAs, consulting agreements).
Partner with internal business clients on various legal matters, balancing business goals with legal risk.
Collaborate across departments and with our global legal team in Japan.
Provide guidance on contracts, employee relations, intellectual property, data privacy, regulatory, environmental, and other legal issues as needed and commensurate with experience.
Manage outside counsel, litigation matters, and special projects.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable laws.

What We're Looking For:

2–5 years' legal experience in a law firm and/or in-house role and/or judicial clerkships.
Experience in patent law and/or employment law a plus.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
J.D. from an accredited law school with admission to practice in NJ (or eligible for NJ In-House Counsel Registration). Admission in NY, FL, IL, or before USPTO is a plus.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to broaden expertise to meet business needs.
