Winstead PC is seeking a mid-level associate (3-4 years of experience) for a position with our Corporate, Commercial Transactions and Outsourcing (CCTO) practice group in Dallas. This practice is primarily focused on the aviation industry (https://www.winstead.com/Industries/Airlines), handling myriad of sophisticated transactions for the world's largest airlines. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

Corporate Transactions: Experience with transactional work, ideally in the corporate practice group of a large firm or company.
AmLaw200 experience: We are looking for someone who is familiar with the pace and expectations of sophisticated law firm work.
Writing Skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting.
Aviation experience: Experience in the aviation industry would be an asset, but is not a requirement.
