McNees Wallace & Nurick is seeking a Corporate Attorney with experience in securities law to join our expanding Corporate & Tax Group. This position allows for a hybrid remote work schedule with regular presence in one of our office locations.

McNees' Corporate and Tax Group serves businesses and nonprofit organizations across a range of industries, and our securities attorneys offer securities counseling on behalf of issuers, as well as investors. The corporate team provides guidance on business formations, commercial financing, corporate governance, transactions including mergers and acquisitions and restructurings. Our corporate attorneys also advise clients on matters related to regulatory compliance, risk management, tax planning and business succession planning.

Candidates should have the following:

JD from an accredited law school; active PA bar license in good standing
5-7 years of general corporate experience including securities experience and experience with sophisticated business and transactional matters
Excellent writing and communication skills
Proactive, highly motivated, and detail oriented
