We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Corporate Attorney to join our team. This role is perfect for an individual with a dual background in law and real estate, ideally complemented by an MBA. The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of legal and real estate functions, including drafting and negotiating contracts, managing grants, and overseeing real estate and property management. This role demands a strategic thinker who can creatively reframe and innovate processes to enhance our operations and legal standing.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to support various business needs.
Manage and oversee grants, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and laws.
Handle all aspects of real estate transactions and property management.
Provide strategic legal and business advice to enhance company performance.
Innovate and reframe traditional processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects to completion.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in the state of Michigan.
Possession of a Michigan real estate license is highly desirable.
MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus.
Proven experience in contract creation, negotiations, and real estate management.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
