Description:
A Multidisciplinary, International Law Firm is seeking an experienced attorney with 5-10 years of
experience for its insurance regulatory practice. This attorney will be
responsible for managing/assisting in regulatory investigations, in
creating captives, agencies, and other corporate structures to aid
entrants into the insurance market, and arbitrating reinsurance
disputes. This attorney will be expected to interact well with clients
and represent clients in the negotiation of business transactions of all
types. Previous knowledge of insurance regulations is helpful.
Successful candidates must be detail-oriented and should possess a solid
work ethic. Strong academic credentials are essential. All candidates
must be licensed in their home jurisdiction or must be eligible for
admission.
