What We're Looking For:

5+ years in corporate law and business transactions
Strong company formation experience
Medical business law experience a big plus
Sharp communicator, self-starter, good with deadlines

The setup:

Part-time or full-time
Hourly: $75 – $150, with potential for additional earnings through generous and attainable bonus opportunities.
