We are searching for mid-level associates to join our Corporate group in our Austin office. The ideal candidate would have experience with start-ups and emerging growth companies, seed and venture capital financings, growth and private equity, public offerings, mergers & acquisitions, and/or underwritings. We are looking for motivated, team-oriented and collaborative attorneys that are excited about working with clients in the start-up and venture capital ecosystem.Job Requirements:
- JD 2021-2022
- Previous large law firm experience required
- Previous experience with growth or private equity is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
