Description:

Who You Are:
  • You have at least three to four years of law firm experience with intellectual property matters, including copyright litigation.
  • Your experience also includes litigation with regards to technology and being conversant with the intersection between technology and copyright law.
  • You have a formal technical background and have strong academic credentials in law school and undergraduate coursework.
  • You have a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for client matters.
  • You also have outstanding research and analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and have sound legal and business knowledge in working on a broad spectrum of cases and counseling clients with respect to ongoing matters.
  • You are admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing.
