The DC corporate group focuses on mid-market M&A transactions, joint ventures and debt and equity finance transactions across a variety of industries, including beverage & food, lodging and hospitality, digital media, and banking and financial services. Marquee clients of the group include the nation's largest airport concessionaire, a leading digital media company, a leading supplier of wine and spirits, preeminent hotel brands, regional and national restaurant brands, mid-market private equity funds and high-profile family offices.
The Ideal Candidate Would Have the Following Characteristics:
- Three to five years of experience with M&A transactions, joint ventures, and debt and equity finance;
- A high degree of comfort working on deal teams of varying sizes;
- Experience coordinating extensively with specialists;
- Experience in drafting principal transaction documents, ancillaries, and resolutions;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to distill complex concepts into targeted and commercially focused communications, both written and oral; and
- Dedication to high-quality work, responsiveness, and efficiency.
