- Ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of significant experience with general Corporate and business transactional matters including the following: M&A, Corporate transactions, Commercial Contracts, complex contract drafting and negotiation, contract analysis, regulatory review, entity formation and capitalization.
- A successful candidate must be meticulous with details and demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being able to assume individual responsibility for client matters.
- Possess a drive for excellence and willingness to take initiative to solve problems.
- Strong writing credentials and excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.
- Candidates must be currently licensed in Virginia, immediate waive in or a member of the bar in one or more US Jurisdictions and willing to sit for the Virginia bar.
