A National Law Firm is a more than 750 lawyer firm with 18 offices across the U.S. Our Phoenix office and the Business & Transactions Department seek to hire a corporate associate with 2-5 years of experience. Qualified candidates will have experience in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and commercial matters, corporate governance, and advising both emerging and middle-market companies on a wide range of corporate matters. Experience with private equity transactions is a plus. Successful candidates will have strong academic credentials and superior writing and communication skills. An active license in Arizona is required.
