Join our collaborative team of corporate lawyers working with exciting biotech and tech companies, guiding and supporting them on the IPO process and life as public company.We are looking for corporate attorneys with 3-5 years of experience for an associate position with background and interest in the dynamic world of life sciences and tech. Desired expertise includes an ability to advise companies through the start-up and venture capital phase, IPOs and equity capital markets, and public company reporting.
The position will be based in Palo Alto with a hybrid schedule.
You will gain deep and broad experience working directly with clients bringing world-changing products and technologies to market.
