Join our collaborative team of corporate lawyers working with exciting biotech and tech companies, guiding and supporting them on the IPO process and life as public company.

We are looking for corporate attorneys with five plus years of experience for an associate or of counsel position with background and interest in the dynamic world of life sciences and tech. Desired expertise includes an ability to advise companies through IPOs and equity capital markets transactions and public company reporting. Expect to lead capital market offerings and manage a team of associates and paralegals that support you. We are a full client life cycle group, so opportunities to work with startups and later stage companies will also be available.

The position will be based in Palo Alto with a hybrid schedule.

You will gain deep and broad experience working directly with clients bringing world-changing products and technologies to market.
