Who We're Seeking:
We are looking for a Corporate Associate based in or near Fort Worth, Texas to support our Corporate & Securities Group. This role offers something rare: a remote position supplemented with direct, in-person mentorship from one of the co-heads of our Corporate & Securities Group whose office is in the Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about the combination of a remote position paired with in person mentorship and client interaction opportunities, spending a few days each month working alongside a seasoned partner in Granbury as an investment in your development, not just supervision. If you want to build your practice with real guidance and hands-on client exposure, this is the opportunity.
About You:
- You have 3–5 years of substantive, hands-on corporate experience in client-facing roles.
- Your ideal background includes:
- general corporate representation, entity formation and corporate governance
- commercial contract drafting and negotiation
- mergers and acquisitions (including due diligence and transaction documentation)
- private placements and securities offerings
- public company reporting and SEC compliance, and business succession planning.
