Type: Contract with possibility of going full-time
Work Location: Remote or hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence
- Prepare all necessary legal documents for client matters
- Represent clients in court, including arguing motions
- Analyze cases and develop effective strategies to meet client goals
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and administrative staff on client meetings, billing, and project completion
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar License in good standing
- Minimum 5 years of business litigation experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
- Proficiency with modern legal technology
Compensation:
$100 per hour
