We provide full legal services to people and businesses throughout California. We help businesses and individuals buy, sell, and lease commercial and residential properties and regularly serve as outside general counsel and the point of contact for ongoing legal matters.
An ideal transactional candidate would have experience in general business matters and commercial real estate, including lease review and negotiations for corporate clients. Our clients often request legal representation regarding various real estate/business litigation matters and transactions, including overseeing formations, drafting agreements, and ensuring compliance. Intellectual Property (trademark) experience would be great, but not necessary.
Our law office functions as a virtual team, though we do have an office in Truckee, California. We use a suite of cloud-based software including Office 365, Clio, Microsoft Teams, and other programs as needed for your role.
