We are seeking a Contract Attorney to become a part of our team! Challenging Cases representing business entities in commercial disputes, requiring exceptional legal research and writing skills for litigation, draft/respond to written discovery & law & motion.
- Member of the California Bar in good standing
- Must have 5 years+ in litigation experience and have trial experience or equivalent.
- Able to work independently and strive to complete tasks from start to finish
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Compensation is depends on experience
