The Los Angeles office is seeking an employment and labor associate with 5 – 7 years of experience to join a dynamic practice with challenging work and high-profile national clients. Ideal candidates will have:- Experience handling all aspects of employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative actions, litigation in federal and state court and arbitration.
- Experience with employment advisory matters, including preparation and updating employee handbooks and policies, preparation and review of onboarding and separation materials, advising on leaves of absence, accommodations, and employee disciplinary matters.
- Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Admission to the State Bar of California.
The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $325,000 to $365,000 per year. Actual salary will depend upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
