Description:
Job Overview:We are seeking a Contract Attorney to join our growing Texas-based civil practice. Strong research skills, deep familiarity with the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Texas Property Code, and strategic litigation posture are essential. Experience in real estate or probate litigation is strongly preferred, though experienced civil litigators are encouraged to apply.
