We practice at the forefront of these changes and guide clients in evaluating and analyzing emerging technologies and platforms, navigating and litigating disputes, advising on legislation and regulation, and providing practical, creative guidance on strategic transactions.

The successful candidate can expect to work on a wide variety of fast-moving and complex matters with a focus on emerging technology, artificial intelligence and patent matters. Duties include client counseling, oral advocacy before a variety of courts and governmental agencies, fact development, legal research, strategic analysis, and writing.
  • Candidate should be a detail-oriented, independent self-starter with excellent written and oral communication + project management skills.
  • JD from an accredited law school + BA/BS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or related field + excellent academic credentials are required
  • Prior experience litigating patent matters in district courts and before the USPTO.
  • Candidate should possess a strong commitment to pro bono representation.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment is essential.
  • Membership in the New York bar is required.

The starting base salary for this position is expected to be $235,000 -$390,000annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
