A National Law Firm Consumer Financial Services practice group is seeking a Career Attorney in its Virginia Beach office. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of litigation experience. Experience with the following is a plus:- Mortgage Servicing / Foreclosure / Title Disputes
- Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
- Unfair Debt Collection Claims / Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
Candidates must have strong academic and professional credentials. Candidates must also be licensed and in good standing with the Virginia bar. Admissions to other bars a plus.
