Description:

Be the attorney families meet first.

Families come to Monclova Law to stop a deportation, reunite with someone they love, or find safety. As our Consultation Attorney, you hear their story, show them the path, and help them start the same day.

Since 2008, Monclova Law has proudly stood with our community, because we've lived it too. We know firsthand how overwhelming the immigration process can be, and that understanding drives everything we do.

What started in Colorado now reaches families in all 50 states and around the world. As we grow, we're looking for someone special to be the first voice they hear when they walk through our doors.

Your role in a family's story
Families come to Monclova Law to stop a deportation, reunite with someone they love, or find safety. As our Consultation Attorney, you hear their story, show them the path, and help them start the same day. Our legal team will investigate and build the cases you sign, so your days go to the conversations that change lives.

Why you will love working here:
  • Advice that matters. From detention center calls to family petitions, every consultation is a real decision for a real family, and you're the one who gives them a path and a strategy..
  • A schedule with no early mornings. Start at 11:00 a.m., finish at 7:00 p.m.
  • Room to grow. The firm supports conferences and professional development.
  • Our community is our family. Halloween Trunk or Treat, Christmas, Día del Niño, and Día de las Madres are some of the best days of our year, and our team takes part in community events throughout the year, some on evenings and weekends.
  • Join a team that wins.

What you will do:
  • Consult in person, in Spanish and English, including calls or visits to detention centers.
  • Advise on eligibility, options, and risk factors such as criminal history, and recommend the right matter.
  • Present fees with confidence and help clients sign the same day.
  • Followup team or clients and answer prospective client questions.

You'll thrive here if you are:

  • Licensed and in good standing in Colorado.
  • At least 3 years into immigration practice, including humanitarian and removal matters.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English.
  • Confident discussing fees and asking for the decision.
  • Steady and warm with anxious families.

This is not right for you if:

  • You see a consultation as free advice.
  • You would rather not discuss fees.
  • You want remote work or a casual dress code.
  • You are not comfortable selling.
