The Denver, Colorado office of FBT Gibbons is seeking an attorney to join the Real Estate Practice Group.

Qualifications:

5–10 years of construction law experience within a Real Estate Practice Group
Ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex construction and construction-related contracts across all project delivery methods (design-bid-build, design-build, CM-at-risk, EPC) for various building types
Experience advising clients on risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
Familiarity with professional services agreements and industry-standard contract forms (AIA, ConsensusDocs)
Strong academic record with excellent research and writing skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $210,000 to $250,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.

Associates are also eligible for:

Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
Annual subjective bonus
