Transactional Attorney

Orten Cavanagh Holmes & Hunt, LLC is seeking a full-time transactional attorney for their downtown Denver office.

The firm's ideal candidate will be a highly motivated attorney who can communicate well with association managers and directors, and who enjoys collaborating with others to provide the best client service possible. A drive for networking and business development through involvement at various industry events and teaching opportunities (provided by the firm) is a must.

The firm offers reasonable billable/revenue requirements, a hybrid remote arrangement, along with a competitive salary and bonus opportunities. Responsibilities:

• Providing sound business counsel
• Drafting opinions
• Reviewing contracts
• Preparing the necessary documents required for the governance of the association
• Building trusted and lasting relationships with clients

Qualifications:
Attorney qualifications:

• Licensed to practice in Colorado is required
• 3+ years' experience in transactional or real estate practice
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize workflow to meet deadlines
• Likes building and maintaining solid client relationships
• Desire for a long-term and rewarding career

Compensation: $120,000 - $145,000 yearly
