Description:
A Professional ERISA Compliance Services Firm is an industry-leading professional services firm located OTP of metro Atlanta and specializes in developing ERISA Wrap Welfare Benefit Plans as well as preparing and filing DOL and IRS Forms.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leading teleconference consultations with human resources representatives, employee benefits insurance brokers and in-house/outside counsel;
- Preparing Plan Documents and Summary Plan Description (SPD);
- Regularly communicating with clients; and
- Reviewing insurance carrier documentation for consistency in benefit terms.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Experience in employee benefits, healthcare, insurance, or human resources;
- Ability to work independently at a high level of efficiency;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Flexibility to multitask and manage conflicting priorities/projects;
- Service oriented with strong interpersonal skills;
- Strong written and oral communication skills;
- Strong analytical skills.
Juris Doctorate or relevant advanced degree required.
