Katten, a global Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Counsel to join its Los Angeles-Century City office. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 6 years of complex commercial litigation experience at a nationally or regionally recognized law firm and be admitted to the California State Bar.Experience drafting ready-to-file documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses, the ability to independently manage case files and tasks, and strong research, analysis, and writing skills are required. Experience with depositions, trial preparation activities, and meaningful stand-up courtroom experience is preferred. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate sound judgment, and take ownership of case responsibilities.

Salary determinations are made based on numerous factors, such as, but not limited to: relevant experience and work history, graduation and class year, and practice area of the selected candidate.
