Job Summary:Kilpatrick's Complex Commercial Litigation Team is seeking an associate with at least three years of commercial litigation experience, to be based in one of the following KTS offices: Atlanta GA; Dallas, TX; Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; or Seattle, WA.
The associate must also be able to work independently on core litigation tasks, including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, preparing discovery, handling motion practice, taking and defending depositions and assisting with trial preparation. Experience handling products liability matters is strongly preferred. Candidate must have strong research and writing skills. Excellent law school credentials, including law review, preferred. Former judicial clerks preferred. Excellent oral and written communications skills and attention to detail required. Strong interpersonal skills highly valued.
Expected salary: $260,000 - $320,000
