Prestigious Commercial Real Estate Law Firm seeks a commercial and real estate litigation attorney with at least 3 to 5 solid years of' experience. Responsibilities include practice management; real estate related litigation matters with a focus on commercial mortgage foreclosures and other secured creditor enforcement. Bankruptcy a plus.

- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and appeals
- State and Federal Court appearances and mediations.
- Diligence related to the purchase and sale of notes and mortgages.

- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Experience in real estate litigation
- Management Experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Independent self-starter with multitasking capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and prioritizing skills
- Effective communication and written skills for client contact
- Must be admitted in New York (New Jersey admission a plus)
