A Commercial Litigation Law Firm is a medium size law firm serving clients with a broad range of Legal needs. We work in practice groups drawing on experience from attorneys on the transactional and litigation side of our practice. We seek to add an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to our firm. Ideal candidates will have experience preparing pleadings and written discovery, researching and briefing complex issues, presenting oral argument, taking and defending depositions, and possesses prior trial, mediation and arbitration experience. Attorney provides updates and regularly consults with Supervising Attorneys as commensurate with experience. We would like to talk with candidates who hold five (5) years of five years of litigation or related experience and who are licensed to practice law in New York State.Working at A Commercial Litigation Law Firm
