Job Description:Ziegler Gardner seeks commercial litigation attorney with 1 to 3+ years of experience who wants to work on sophisticated, high-stakes cases in our construction, architects & engineers' professional liability, skilled nursing, and transportation practice groups in Dallas. This is a new position resulting from our continued growth.
The individual will assist the firm in all facets of its litigation practice, including mission-critical depositions, strategy development, case evaluations, dispositive hearings, legal research and writing, alternative dispute resolution proceedings, arbitrations, and trials. This position involves direct client interaction and extensive collaboration with firm attorneys and staff.
Ideal candidate will have one or more years of litigation experience, and candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply.

This attorney position is hybrid, requiring some in-office work but also allowing remote work.
