Overview:An AmLaw100 Firm is looking to add a Commercial Litigation Associate to its team in the Downtown Los Angeles office. This is a unique opportunity to join an expanding practice that offers a range of litigation services to clients in a variety of industries.

The Downtown Los Angeles office of An AmLaw100 Firm is in the historic Bunker Hill neighborhood, within walking distance of Los Angeles County's busiest state, federal, appellate, and complex courthouses. Debuting in August 2024, the office quickly distinguished itself by obtaining a series of successful results in complex litigation matters and establishing a preeminent trial practice.
Our attorneys have decades of experience in high value business/commercial litigation, complex litigation, products liability, consumer class actions, toxic torts, privacy, false advertising, greenwashing, and general negligence/premises liability. We Know You:
You have at least four years of meaningful experience in complex commercial litigation matters in a mid-size or large law firm setting. You're prepared to draft and argue discovery motions, dispositive motions, and/or class certification motions. You're prepared to take and defend depositions, assist in both jury trials and bench trials, and you bring an entrepreneurial spirit to a growing office. You possess exceptional oral and written advocacy skills with strong academic credentials. You are adept in case management, ready to take the lead, and are admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar.
