The Princeton office of Reed Smith is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join the Financial Services Litigation Group. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience representing clients in litigation and investigations involving consumer financial services and mortgage litigation issues. Candidates should also have experience drafting motions and pleadings, including complaints, answers and motions for summary judgment. Candidates will participate in settlement conferences and appear before judges to argue motions. Candidates must be an active member of the New Jersey and New York bar. Admission to Pennsylvania bar is a plus. $235,000- $365,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith's pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
