Presently, we are seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to enhance our team of dedicated litigators.The ideal candidate will bring 5-7 years of comprehensive litigation experience to the table, showcasing proficiency in drafting complaints, advocating motions, conducting and defending depositions, and meticulously preparing cases for trial. Employment experience is a plus.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional drafting, writing, research, and analytical skills, coupled with a sharp attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills. The ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with diverse teams is paramount. Admission to the New York Bar is required.
