We're looking for a Commercial Counsel to join the Legal Team at An American Camera and Social Media Company!
What You'll Do:
- Draft, negotiate, review, and interpret agreements covering a range of An American Camera and Social Media Company's commercial activities around the world, including a broad range of vendor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, master services agreements, data processing agreements, multinational supplier agreements, IP licensing and cloud computing (SaaS/IaaS/PaaS) agreements, partnership and collaboration agreements, ad tech and measurement agreements, and supply chain purchase agreements
- Provide strategic advice to An American Camera and Social Media Company business and product leaders related to commercial transactions
- Advise business clients on company policies, business strategy, and legal issues and risks
- Assist in creating and improving agreements, templates, and policies for An American Camera and Social Media Company as we develop new products and enter new markets
- Exercise sound judgment when negotiating business and legal terms
- Support colleagues to ensure business initiatives are completed accurately and on timeCoordinate with colleagues from every part of the company
- Handle projects at the discretion of the leads of the An American Camera and Social Media Company Legal Commercial team
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, negotiation, and drafting skills

Minimum Qualifications:
- J.D. degree
- Membership in a United States state bar, or otherwise qualified to be a registered in-house counsel under California's multi-jurisdictional practice program
- 3+ years of practicing law in-house or at a law firm
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience handling commercial transactions, ideally in-house at an internet or technology company
