We have an immediate opening for a Commercial Contracting Associate with four to eight years of experience. We will consider candidates for any of our offices including our virtual office, The Link. The candidate should have experience with all facets of commercial contracting. Aviation-specific experience is preferred. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.
The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Candidates should have an active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which they are applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
