Office Locations: Madison, MilwaukeeQuarles & Brady LLP is seeking an associate with three to six years of experience to join its Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights practice in Madison or Milwaukee. You will represent clients in commercial litigation, bankruptcy, restructuring, receiverships and other creditors' rights matters on state and national levels.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Commercial and Finance Litigation: All phases of federal and state litigation, including discovery, motion practice, briefing, and trial work.
- Bankruptcy and Restructuring: All phases of bankruptcy proceedings, including motion practice, claims work, and workouts.
- Creditors' Rights and Remedies: Receiverships and foreclosures.
- Necessary Skills: Candidates must also have excellent legal research and writing skills, with strong attention to detail.
Bar Admission
Admission to the Wisconsin and Illinois bars is strongly preferred.
