Lueder, Larkin & Hunter, LLC has an associate attorney position available within the firm's community association collections practice. This is a litigation position where you will handle cases from the initial demand letter stage, through filing the compliant, motions practice, trial, up to judgment. A strong desire to gain courtroom experience is required, as our decades of experience show that attorneys who become comfortable in a courtroom develop a confidence and voice that lead to becoming more well-rounded and successful in the practice. You must be a current member of the Georgia Bar. The substantive areas of law within the position include a broad range of legal issues involving property law, covenant interpretation and enforcement, collections, garnishment, bankruptcy, and foreclosure. You must be personable, organized, have a desire to learn, possess a solid work ethic, and enjoy working as part of a team. We will invest time in your development as an attorney, including working with you on civil procedure and you becoming very knowledgeable of the substantive laws. This is an in-person position in our Alpharetta location. Salary range is $80,000 to $95,000 based upon experience and qualifications.
