Alston & Bird's Corporate Debt team in Atlanta has an immediate need for a Finance Associate with 3-6 years of experience in syndicated lending, secured transactions and other commercial finance transactions including cash flow credit facilities. Experience in the private debt space is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials as well as strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions.
