A Title Company in Montgomery, Alabama is seeking a motivated and experienced Closing Attorney to join our growing team in Montgomery, AL. As a trusted partner in real estate transactions across several states, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, accuracy, and professionalism to our clients and industry partners.Responsibilities:
- Conduct real estate closings with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Review and approve title work, contracts, and closing documents.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws/regulations governing real estate transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and community partners.
- Assist with business development and represent Reli Title at industry/networking events as needed.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the state of Alabama (required).
- Experience in real estate transactions, title, or closing law preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
