Description:

Consumer Protection | Federal-State Court | Remote-Friendly

We are launching a dedicated Class Action Division and are seeking a litigation attorney with recent, active class action experience (within the last 1–2 years).

This role is not for someone who “assisted” on a class case years ago. We are hiring a hands-on litigator who has personally worked on federal and state motion practice, certification strategy, and complex discovery in modern class litigation.

Required Qualifications:
3+ years class litigation experience

Active class action involvement within the past 1–2 years

Extensive Federal Court experience

Meaningful State Court experience

Direct experience with:
  • Drafting or opposing motions to dismiss
  • Class certification briefing
  • Complex discovery
  • Depositions
  • Trial(s) a plus

Strongly preferred:
  • TCPA, FDCPA, FCRA, or related consumer protection statutes
  • Experience evaluating individual consumer claims for class viability
  • Strong Rule 23 fluency

The Role:
Most of our matters will originate as strong individual consumer claims and are strategically evaluated and structured into class actions where appropriate.

You Will:
  • Assess class viability
  • Lead federal or state motion practice
  • Develop certification strategy
  • Help build internal systems for scalable class enforcement
  • Play a key role in developing a new division

We are not seeking a rainmaker. We bring in the work. We need a technical executor and future leader.

Compensation & Growth
  • Base Salary: $150,000 – $175,000, commensurate with experience
  • Fee participation on successful matters
  • Structured partner-track opportunity based on objective performance benchmarks

Fully remote-friendly.

Screening Notice:
This position requires recent, substantive class action experience. If your experience was limited to document review, research support, or peripheral involvement in a class matter handled primarily by others, this role will not be a fit.

Applicants must be prepared to describe:
  • Their specific role in recent class cases
  • Their involvement in federal and state motion practice
  • Their contribution to certification strategy
  • Qualified candidates should submit a resume and a class-related writing sample.

Job Type: Full-time
