Job Description:We are a leading class action law firm that handles a wide range of consumer and employment cases including automotive and other product defects, privacy issues, other consumer issues and wage and hour claims. We are seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will depend on your level of experience. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage a case from beginning to end include drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, developing litigation strategies, working with experts, taking depositions and covering hearings.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of litigation experience.
- Experience with class actions is preferred but not required.
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism and confidence in court appearances.
