Role Description:This is a full-time remote role for a Class Action Litigation Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will collaborate with others and be responsible for all aspects of litigation, including developing cases, researching and drafting pleadings, drafting and filing motions, handling oral argument, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, working with experts, and representing clients in court. She or he must be self-motivated, responsible and confident.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of relevant legal experience; we give preference to lawyers who have completed a clerkship and have worked at a top tier defense firm or plaintiffs' class action firm
- Experience in conducting legal research and drafting legal motions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- JD degree from a top law school, superior academic credentials, and a valid license to practice law
