Associate Attorney – Lemon Law & Civil Litigation 0-2 YearsOur growing consumer protection firm is seeking a motivated JR Associate Attorney to join our Lemon Law and Civil Litigation team. If you are passionate about helping consumers stand up to large corporations this is an excellent opportunity.
What You'll Do:
- Draft and file pleadings, discovery demands/responses, motions
- Defend depositions of clients with the support of Senior Attorneys
- Contact Clients to provide case updates and present offers
- Appear at remote case management conferences
What We're Looking For:
- Admitted to practice in California (active and in good standing)
- 0-2 years of civil litigation experience (judicial clerkship, externship, or plaintiff-side experience strongly preferred but not required)
- Strong writing skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization and case management abilities
- Comfortable communicating with clients
