Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
As an Associate Attorney, you will join a winning team that operates with precision and purpose. Our collaborative approach means you'll work directly with seasoned partners who are committed to developing your skills while delivering exceptional results for clients. You'll receive hands-on mentorship from attorneys who have consistently achieved favorable outcomes in courtrooms across Illinois.
Your work will span the entire litigation lifecycle, from initial case assessment through final judgment. You'll develop expertise in contract disputes, business litigation, construction law, and trade secret matters with the guidance and support that comes from working in a firm dedicated exclusively to civil litigation.
We leverage cutting-edge technology and AI tools to enhance our research capabilities and case management efficiency. However, we never lose sight of the fundamental truth that technology serves good lawyering - it never replaces it. You'll learn to use these tools to gain strategic advantages while developing the analytical thinking and legal judgment that define exceptional advocacy.
Case Management & Skill Development

Qualifications:
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of civil litigation experience with a desire for continued growth
- Strong foundation in legal research, writing, and developing oral advocacy skills
- Interest in mastering Illinois civil procedure and strategic case development
- Some experience with depositions, motion practice, and court appearances
- Detail-oriented approach to case management with the ability to handle multiple matters

- Illinois Bar admission in good standing
Compensation:
$120,000 - $150,000 yearly
