An Av-Rated Law Firm of Attorneys Specializing in Civil Litigation, is seeking an attorney with a minimum of two years of experience. The associate will handle all phases of the litigation process – including discovery, depositions, trial, and motion practice – in insurance defense matters. Only applicants with a resume, law school transcript, and three writing samples will be considered.

  • Must be able to assist with handling appearances, depositions, written discovery responses and requests, and preparing motions.
  • Responsible for the prompt, efficient, and effective disposition of assigned cases.
  • Capable of working independently and as a team member.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
  • Ability to review and evaluate medical records, financial records, business records, etc.
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced and high volume practice.
